We have a dynamic and enthusiastic staff team, all of whom are either graduates with a keen interest in mental health or seasoned mental health support workers with minimum NVQ3.
Staffing arrangements are made in accordance to an emphasis on ‘One to One’ interaction with residents.
Care is provided 24 hours a day by a qualified mental health nurse (Home Manager) and experienced support workers.
All staff undertake training in the field to the highest standards practicable.
We welcome and value the involvement of volunteers who form an important link between the community and the residents.
Of course, we cannot forget our friendly animal helpers Nina the puppy, Larrson the cat, the turtles and the fish who also help out as friendly faces in the home and provide no shortage of affection and relaxation in return. |
